I know that this isn't the most pleasant topic but when I was on Atkins I found that I was constipated a lot of the time. I drank a lot of water but I still had that problem. I know that it isn't healthy and was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what did you do for it?

I haven't heard of that related to the Atkins diet.
Do you think that the problem could have been related to a large portion of cheese in the diet?
