Menu 2 - This one is even far easier to make than the menu mentioned above. Take 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and drink 1 cup of fat free or low fat milk with them. However if you want in place of the blueberries instead have a small blueberry muffin or other type of breakfast pastry with a cup of fat free milk.

Menu 3 - For something that really is quick and easy to prepare for breakfast. Take 2 slices of whole wheat bread and toast them. Then to provide a little more flavor to the bread lightly spread over each slice 2 tablespoons of peanut. As well as the toast with this breakfast you can have a cup of tea or coffee and a small banana.

To help further to keep your diabetes under control it is important that you try and eat your breakfast at the same time each morning. Also at no time should you miss having any kind of breakfast whatsoever.

Another important point to remember when preparing any kind of sample breakfast menu for diabetics you want to try is that you use the exact measurements stated in them. If insufficient or too much of any one food is used this can further aggravate the diabetes rather than actually helping to keep it under control.
