Slimfast is a great filler for use with SB. If you look at the Slimfast plan, it works in conjunction really with the ideas of the SB diet.
I personally use the High Pro Shake with extra fiber powder as a beverage with a meal. I eat less, and feel more satisfied.
I follow the Slimfast for my weight and use it and the meals together as outlined in the Slimfast plan book.
It works better, because you’re not hungry, and don’t feel guilty of you do eat something.
