I have never been on the south beach diet but I am finding myself buying their frozen meals on occasion. I easpecially like their wraps that they have in the deli selection at my grocrey store.

I like their chicken pizza. The cesar ranch wqraps are kosher and wonderful!

I'm not really on the South Beach diet, but I have to say that some of their frozen diet meals look really good. I haven't tried any yet, but I think I will. After all, they are healthy choices no matter what type of food plan you are on, I think. I'm going to take your suggestions and try those ones first.
